Master's Program

Our intensive, nine-month Master's Program in Pharmacology incorporates training in both clinical pharmacology and clinical trial design.  The program

  • Prepares participants for a career in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Provides intensive, hands-on training in a phase I clinical trials unit
  • Is designed for individuals interested in a career in clinical pharmacology/clinical trials; for example, nurses, pharmacists, medical doctors, other healthcare providers, and professionals already working in the pharmaceutical industry.

A total of 45 graduate credit hours are required for this nonthesis master's degree.  Please see the following syllabus for an example of coursework necessary to earn this degree. *Syllabus is subject to change.

Application deadline is July 1st for September enrollment.

Enrollment is limited to a small number of students in order to ensure a quality experience in the clinical trial setting.
